Verizon Wireless

As consultant to the internal Leadership Development group for seven years, I helped facilitate the organization’s transition from Pac Bell to AirTouch Communications to Verizon Wireless. I conducted innumerable workshops, major change efforts, trained internal consultants, and coached senior executives.

California Department of Justice

Working through THE CENTRE for Organization Effectiveness, I designed the first-ever Leadership Academy for Supervising Deputy Attorneys General (SDAGs). Following a pilot program, over 125 senior level attorneys with management responsibilities have completed the program.

City of Brentwood

I am responsible for delivering organization development services (through THE CENTRE for Organization Effectiveness) for this medium-sized northern California city for over six years, including executive team development, department- level change initiatives, creation of an OD Steering Committee, City Council retreats, Management and Supervisors Academies, and coaching of several executives.

Vista Irrigation District

I was asked to help the organization transition from a small, non-technical organization to a modern water agency. Re-engaged five years later to do a “check-up” and implement newer projects. Recently, asked to re-assess the organization ten years after the initial effort and deliver recommendations to sustain their progress and success.

Challenging Team Building Projects

I’ve designed and delivered team building / strategic planning retreats for a variety of clients with unique challenges: City Councils, Hospital Boards of Directors, Union Boards of Directors, and others.
