I write the kind of books I like to read.
I can’t speak for you, but when I pick up a business book, I want it to be to the point, easy to read, and full of practical ideas. I want to know what works, and what doesn’t. That’s why, several years ago, when my colleague Eric Klein and I collaborated on To Do or Not To Do – How Successful Leaders Make Better Decisions, we knew our book had be full of effective, real-world tools and techniques that you could implement right away. I think we succeeded – and so do the reviewers.
