To date, over 30,000 participants have attended one of my leadership or management development workshops, typically in groups of 25 or less.
Some were complete supervisor, management and executive academies which ranged from 6 to 10 days in length. For example, I designed the original Academy 2000 for supervisors for the City of San Diego (and facilitated it for six years). I implemented the first-ever Management Academy for supervising Deputy Attorneys General for the Department of Justice, State of California.
I have also designed and delivered countless “stand-alone” workshops for leaders at every level. Examples include:
