Next week, I’ll be driving down the west coast from Seattle to San Diego, taking the “scenic” route. Won’t be posting to The Almanac, but I suspect I’ll have lots of thoughts, insights, and fresh thinking along the way. As leaders, it’s vital to take some time, occasionally, to take a “time out” to recharge those batteries. I’m often suggesting to those I coach to remember to pause occasionally and take stock. Now it’s my turn!
